Types of Conference Fee Refunds

Conference Fees (Registration and Optional):

Food quantities and minimum tour participation contracts limit the ability to refund registration and optional fees. In addition, conference registration fees help offset food provided during the conference.

  • For cancellations made on or before June 1 of the conference year 100% of fees shall be refunded.
  • For cancellations made on June 2 of the conference year and before the opening day of the conference there will be a $50 fee. The remainder of the fees shall be refunded.
  • For cancellations made on the first day of the conference and later no fees shall be refunded.

Optional Tour fees:

Conference tours are arranged prior to the start of the conference. Minimum tour participation contracts limit the ability to refund registration and optional fees.

  • For cancellations made on or before June 1 of the conference year 100% of fees shall be refunded.
  • For cancellations made on June 2 of the conference year or after no fees shall be refunded.

Purchased Banquet Meals:

Banquet meal numbers are set prior to the start of the conference. The number of meals can go up but not down after the Banquet Event Order (BEO) is signed

  • For cancellations made on or before June 1 of the conference year 100% of fees shall be refunded.
  • For cancellations made on June 2 or later no fees shall be refunded.

Please attach detailed rationale for refund request and retain a copy for your records.  The Board will review requests, and a refund check will be issued if approved.
